Internal Communications

I have been involved in various events involving all levels of employees and executives. Due to the confidential nature of some topics, I will not post details here but share photos to prompt further conversations on logistics, media production, and objectives.

Allstate

I produced a series of 5 Virtual Lunch & Learn events to introduce our business leaders, emerging products & services to the enterprise. We livestreamed the events and posted recordings on the intranet for later viewing. Our first virtual Town Hall expanded on this concept as the organization moved to a remote workforce.

Meetings!

Finding venues, securing guest speakers, arranging A/V support, and creating videos all are part of producing employee events. There were annual kick-off meetings to review results and set new objectives and mid-year gatherings to keep motivated. Here is a glimpse into just some examples:

Verizon

Verizon’s largest retail store in the U.S. was scheduled to open on Michigan Avenue prior to Black Friday. The plan was approved in June. My team arranged for actress Jennifer Hudson to appear, along with executives, for the unveiling. I collaborated with multiple teams (HR, Public Affairs, Marketing, Real Estate, and Sales) to bring the Grand Opening to life. We conducted media tours the day prior to opening and created a video tour for 3000 regional employees to preview the unveiling.
